One of our favorite recent programs — an extraordinary corporate group cruise created around connection, access, and shared experience.
Aboard The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Ilma, GLM Luxury Events worked in close partnership with the RCYC team to help shape an elevated private group experience for 98 guests across 48 suites — the largest group for Ilma at the time, outside of a full buyout.
Together, we designed a program that balanced the ease and refinement of life at sea with moments of genuine personal connection. Behind the scenes, GLM Luxury Events managed suite coordination, guest registration, cabin manifests, shore excursion support, and on-board logistics, allowing the client and their guests to simply enjoy the experience.
The heart of the program was its hosted moments. Each day featured a thoughtful rhythm of refined breakfast gatherings and elegant evening dinners, creating four hosted experiences daily where guests could spend meaningful time with the program’s two main hosts in intimate, beautifully appointed settings.
In addition, two private group receptions brought everyone together over curated hors d’oeuvres, premium beverages, and the unmistakable atmosphere of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Ilma — a setting defined by contemporary yacht design, refined service, open-air decks, and sweeping views at sea.
The result was a journey that felt seamless, sophisticated, and deeply personal — a corporate group cruise transformed into a luxury experience designed for connection.
